During service, we measure the temperature of the outgoing air and check the condition of the visible insulation of the cold water pipes.
CLEANING THE GRILLS
We remove and thoroughly wash the grates, removing dust and plaque.
AIR DUCTS TREATMENT
We remove dust from the air ducts, treat them with hydrogen peroxide, and disinfect them with a UV lamp—this eliminates bacteria and prevents odors.
CEILING CLEANING
Cleaning the ceiling space with a vacuum cleaner.
DISINFECTION OF FILTERS
We wash, disinfect, and dry the filters to a sterile state, then install an additional certified filter and provide further maintenance.
CLEANING THE IMPELLER
We clean the impeller and radiator from dirt, fungus and dust using professional, safe products.
CLEANING THE DRAINAGE
We clean the drainage channel, remove any possible blockages to prevent leaks, and install disinfectant tablets against mold.
